Advantage Camp June 15th-19th 2026  Session A (Girls Only) @Winnetka Ice Arena (8:30am-11:45am)  Featuring Coach: Nathalie Rodrigue-Hasselback

Session 2 of the Advantage Hockey camp featuring Nathalie Rodrigue Hasselback focuses on intensive development of skating mechanics including skating efficiency, edge control, and power that carries directly into game situations. Sessions are designed to give players high repetitions, constant puck touches, and continuous involvement in play—maximizing improvement across all areas of their game.

Players will go through a power skating session each day with Nathalie working on stride mechanics and technique. Afterwards, the players will be applying Nathalie's skating skills / technique in competitive game-like scenarios that build situational awareness, sharpen decision-making, and increase confidence with the puck. We emphasize teamwork, competitiveness, and—above all—HAVING FUN throughout the learning process.

Limited enrollment of 30 players per group - we maintain a low player-to-coach ratio, ensuring individualized attention, high-quality reps, and real-time feedback.

  • 2 - 3 hours of on-ice training daily, including:
    • Skating Technique - Mechanics - Edge Control
    • Puck Handling - Puck Protection
    • Game-Related Skills & Maneuvers
    • Small-Area Tactics and Situational Play
    • Shooting & Scoring Techniques
  • 15–30 minutes of stretching and off-ice training with Nathalie.
These sessions will take place at either the beginning or the end of each day—starting with a dynamic warm-up or concluding with a guided stretching session following a demanding day of training. The focus will be on educating players about the importance of proper stretching, off-ice conditioning, and recovery, supporting long-term athletic development and promoting habits that benefit both sport performance and overall well-being.
