Introducing Chelios Mondays & Wednesdays from 4 PM to 6 PM
30 MIN RAPID FIRE WRIST SHOTS
15 MIN STICK HANDLING
15 MIN RAPID FIRE WRIST SHOTS
All passing will be done on retrieval of pucks
One-hour workout includes shooting, stick handling, and passing
This will be one hour of fast-paced, non-stop mental and cardio workout
There will be NO time to sit down
If the player's body is not covered in sweat after the hour session, he or she obviously needs to work harder
Coach Chelios will speak with all players about safety concerns and Home Ice rules before their first workout
Coach Chelios would be willing to talk all parents about player's stick length and curve and answer questions about player's progress
All players need to bring two hockey sticks, hockey gloves, gym shoes, and ENERGY DRINK

GUIDE TO SETTING UP AND USING FAMILY ACCOUNTS
1. Sign into your parental account, if you have not created one yet you can from the login screen. (You must be 16 years or older to register for an account without a parental lead account)
2. Access your profile in the top right corner from the website or click your profile picture in the top left of the app.
3. Select “My Family” on the site or “Family Accounts” in the app.
4. From here you are able to add a child account or to select a child account you have made previously simply press “Use” next to their name.
5. To switch back to the lead account simply click “Switch Back” in the top right on the site or “Stop” in the top right of the app. Then you will be signed into your original lead account.
